ジャックが豆まめの木きを降おりていると、自じ分ぶんの家いえが見みえてきました。ジャックは大おおきな声こえで言いいました。「お母かあさん、刀かたなを持もってきて。豆まめの木きを切きって。」お母かあさんは刀かたなで豆まめの木きを切きりました。すると、豆まめの木きは大おおきな音おとを立たてて倒たおれました。巨人きょじんは豆まめの木きから落おちて死しんでしまいました。ジャックも豆まめの木きから落おちて怪我けがをしました。お母かあさんは言いいました。「ジャック、人ひとのものを取とるのを止やめなさい。誰だれかのお金かねで生活せいかつしても、私わたしたちは幸しあわせになれません。」ジャックは死しんだ巨人きょじんに謝あやまりました。それからジャックは真面目まじめに働はたらき始はじめました。

English Translation

When Jack was going down the beanstalk, his house came into sight. Jack said with a loud voice, “Mom, bring a sword. Cut down this beanstalk.” His mother cut down the beanstalk with the sword. Then, the beanstalk made a big sound and fell down. The giant fell out of the beanstalk and died. Jack also fell out of the beanstalk and got injured. His mother said, “Jack, stop taking people’s things. Even if you lived on someone’s money, we cannot become happy.” Jack apologized to the dead giant. Then, Jack started working seriously.
